Four suspects who worked for Telecommunications and Communications Presidency (TİB by its Turkish initials) and Scientific and Technological Research Association of Turkey (TÜBİTAK)  have been arrested for wiretapping statesmen and AKP members illegally, such as President Erdoğan and the cabinet members.

Yunus Şahin, İmran Ergüler, Erhan Yeni and Özgür Ören are convicted for being a member of the terrorist organization Gülen Gang, manipulating telecommunications and communications.
